I purchased this product on June 28, 2016. I never received the unlimited key code. I've sent several requests, but am not getting a response. Can you help?

Only the developers have the ability to generate key codes for their application which means that the direct contact is the method you have to use to obtain it. However, if you purchased the software in a digital form, then look in the Spam folder of you email, because these emails usually get caught by the spam filter.
